Please accept this letter as commendation to your installers, Roger Munguia and Mark Atrblow, who replaced windows in my unit in Sonora, CA, on November 11, 2011.
They were prompt, courteous, considerate of my new carpet, worked so well as a team, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up inside and out and you never even knew that work had been done - except, of course, that it was SO much warmer in the house after they were finished.
Their professionalism goes a long way in restoring my diminishing trust and confidence in promises of quality service when far too often that "quality" is not delivered.
Please place a copy of this letter into the personnel files of each of these gentlemen and also pass it along to whoever makes the decisions when it's time for raises and/or promotions.
I also want to offer a special "thank you" to Randy (for diligently persevering in trying to reach me by phone in response to my on-line query), to Brian (for braving the darkness and cold to do the initial measuring of windows) and to you .Justin for fielding all my calls and coordinating the window installation.

NW Exteriors installed my great new windows and sliding glass door. They were a fantastic company to work with. I just love my new windows, they are beautiful and my house is so much quieter. The windows work great, slide easy and look perfect. My husband is in construction and we normally do a lot of work on our home ourselves, so I was a little uneasy at first with having a crew in but they were very professional. We had the windows installed new construction which is more mess and a lot more work, but it went very smooth. They were here on time, cleaned up, had the job finished by the end of the year so we could qualify for tax rebates, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this company.

Northwest Exteriors installed new windows in my house about a year ago. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. Why I really love them, though, is because I recently had to call because my sliding glass door seemed to have come off the track. When I called, they were very quick to set up an appointment to have someone come out, and the person who came out to fix it never made me feel like my problem was too small. I plan on moving to a house in the next couple of years, and I won't even call around for estimates when the windows need replacing. I'll simply call Northwest Exteriors and have them do the job.
